No. MyShopBill is 100% cloud-based. Just open your browser, log in, and start billing. We also offer a lightweight desktop print client for thermal receipt printers.
Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking and wallets via Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international).
No. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your full card number or CVV.
Pricing & Trial
Yes. You get a full-featured 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Try everything before you decide to upgrade.

Yes. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard — the difference is pro-rated. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
Because we offer a 14-day free trial to fully evaluate the product, all payments are non-refundable. Limited exceptions are made at our discretion for duplicate or unauthorised charges. Read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Security & Data
Absolutely. All data is transmitted over TLS, stored encrypted, backed up daily, and access is role-based. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes — you can export sales, inventory, customers and reports to Excel/CSV/PDF anytime from your dashboard.
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can re-activate or export. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.
