Digital Service Delivery

MyShopBill is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Point of Sale platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Therefore, no physical shipping, delivery, courier or freight is involved.

How Service Access Is Provisioned

  • Once you complete registration, your account and shop subdomain (yourshop.shop.myshopbill.in) are activated instantly, typically within 1–2 minutes.
  • Login credentials and access links are sent to your registered email immediately after account creation.
  • For paid subscriptions, the upgraded features become available immediately upon successful payment confirmation by Razorpay / Stripe.

If You Don't Receive Access

If you do not receive your activation email within 10 minutes of registration:

  • Check your spam / junk folder.
  • Verify the email address entered during registration.
  • Contact support@myshopbill.in for manual provisioning.

The MyShopBill platform operates 24/7. Customer support is available Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
