Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on MyShopBill ("we", "us", "our"), operated by [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME].
1. Free Trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to fully evaluate MyShopBill during this period — features, integrations, support — before purchasing a paid subscription.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made on MyShopBill are non-refundable. Because we provide a generous free trial that lets you try every feature risk-free, we do not offer refunds on monthly or yearly subscription payments once charged. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Limited exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- A duplicate or accidental charge caused by a technical error on our side.
- An unauthorized transaction confirmed by your bank or payment processor.
- Service unavailability for more than 7 consecutive days that we are unable to remedy.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by writing to support@myshopbill.in.
- On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for the next cycle.
- No pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
4. Plan Downgrades
If you switch to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the price difference of the current cycle.
5. Plan Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. The price difference is charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
6. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your account is downgraded or suspended until the dues are cleared.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
