These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyShopBill ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") operated by [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] ("Company"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India to use MyShopBill. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Free Trial

  • MyShopBill offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
  • After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as selected.
  • All prices are listed on the Pricing page and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as indicated.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways including Razorpay and Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By subscribing, you authorize the payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Upload viruses, malware or any harmful code.

6. Your Data

You retain all ownership of data you upload to MyShopBill (sales, inventory, customer records, etc.). We act as a data processor and use your data solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, trademarks and content provided by MyShopBill remain the exclusive property of the Company. No license or right is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events and emergency fixes may cause downtime.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the Service in a manner that may cause harm to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data within 30 days following termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [YOUR CITY], India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
